Due to the ongoing pandemic and the implications it has had, and is having on the UK at this current time, we would like to be as transparent as possible in regards to our operational capabilities. We will also try and be transparent with the operational functions of valuable partners we rely on in order to fulfil customer needs. Factory

All Ross Oliver products are made here in the UK using a traditional British factory. As a result of COVID-19 the factory is currently operating with reduced personnel. This has reduced the speed in which we can develop new lines and release new collections. However, currently all orders are being fulfilled and delivered within 3 days following receipt of order (mainland UK) and 5 days to European destinations.

Courier Service

Further to the ongoing implications of COVID-19, our courier service has seen an increase in demand and a reduction in operational capacity. You may experience a slightly longer delivery schedule then otherwise familiar with, but during these times this is standard across all courier service providers, whom which we are working with to streamline and safeguard all delivery requirements.
