Returns

CANCELLATIONS:

If you are based in the UK, we offer a 14 day return period on all orders from time of receipt, with free return shipping. To initiate a return, simply email us on: info@rossoliver.uk referencing your order number and reason for return. We will arrange the rest.

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 14 working days of receipt. Notice of contract cancellation under the DSRs must be given in writing to: Notice of Cancellation, email info@rossoliver.uk

For returns from countries outside of the Uk and EU, we continue to offer a 14 day return period for point of receipt. Simply email; info@rossoliver.uk to initiate your return, where our team will happily assist to ensure the process is swift and easy.

RETURNS PERIOD AT CHRISTMAS

You have 14 days from receipt of your order, to advise us of your intention to return or exchange. You then have a further 7 days to return the goods back to us. Returns outside this period may not be accepted.

During the holiday/Christmas period we have extended our return period to 14 days starting from January 1st instead of ‘on receipt of order’. This will allow for gift orders to have adequate time to review and try our products.

CONDITION OF RETURN:

All ROSS OLIVER items need to be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging including dust bag(s). The branded shoe box is considered as part of the product and should be returned in a protective shipping box. Due to the delicate nature of our soles, shoes should be tried on a clean dry protected surface (e.g. a carpeted surface) and away from any moisture. Shoes that are returned with marked soles may also not be accepted. Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

METHOD OF RETURN:

We ask that you use our return service to return any items back to us, ROSS OLIVER is not liable for any goods that are not returned in this way. Email info@rossoliver.uk referencing returns if you have any questions. We ask that items purchased online are returned from the same country to which they were delivered. This is to ensure your return is covered by our free returns service and is processed as quickly as possible.

RESTRICTED PRODUCTS:

ROSS OLIVER is unable to accept any returns for donations.
ROSS OLIVER is unable to accept returns for Pre-Ordered items.
