Worldwide shipping available Via DHL GoGreen

All UK orders qualify for FREE delivery via our delivery parter DHL and their GoGreen eco-friendly service. UK mainland deliveries are expected two (2) to four (4) days following receipt of order, excluding week-ends and bank holidays.

All orders from countries outside the UK (EU and Rest of World) will be charged a flat rate of £20.00 for international delivery via our DHL GoGreen International service. Please anticipate seven (7) to ten (10) delivery time.

The delivery is pending on order verification and availability of the Products. Also, we are not responsible for any unexpected delays occurring during the shipment by our delivery provider.

For delivery destinations outside of the UK, please note that customs tax may be required on entry of the destination country, subject to the destination countries customs policy. ROSS OLIVER, is not liable to cover these costs, nor any delays caused as a result of outstanding customs payments.

Please note that all orders are subject to verifications - in particular the billing and shipping addresses and the means of payment. ROSS OLIVER reserves all rights to request additional identification information, if necessary.

Such verification can extend the delivery time for up to two (2) additional business days.

Deliveries are made by a single carrier, shipping and tracking will be provided once items are shipped. A signature may be required on arrival.
