Caring For Your Shoes

A step by step guide to help you care for your Ross Oliver shoes.

Where possible, always try and use a shoe horn to prevent any stress or damage to the shoe.

This will ensure longevity of the shoe heal and ensure maximum stability for longer.

Step 1.

When shoes are not in use, use shoe trees to help maintain shape, absorb moisture and soften creases as they dry out.

We would recommend Cedar wood as these typically perform best. And it is of course advised to purchase a shoe tree the equivalent size of the shoe of its intended use.

Step 2.

To maintain the leather, we recommend regular use of care products such as a good conditioning cream or polish.

Recommended Care Schedule

  • Daily use: weekly applications

  • Weekly use: Monthly application

  • Monthly use: quarterly application

    Regardless of material type; whether animal skin, exotic or vegan skin, dryness can cause cracking which can be prevented with the above steps.
