Warranty

Ross Oliver warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) Months from the original date of purchase, when purchased direct from www.rossoliver.uk or an authorised dealer. The footwear warranty refers to defect of workmanship, materials, and the Bridge-bit buckle but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, and normal wear and tear (especially the sole).  If a Ross Oliver product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, Ross Oliver will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion.

Ross Oliver is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

 

Limited Warranty Policy Limitations 

Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:

  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorised dealer.

  • All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorisation.

  • Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.

 

How to process a warranty claim

E-mail the warranty department to obtain Warranty Authorisation on: info@rossoliver.uk quoting “Warranty Claim” and your order number in the email subject. Example: Warranty Claim: 000001. Please also include any imagery within the email for our review.

Once received and assessed via email, we will forward on a shipping address for you to promptly ship the product back to us for a hands on examination.

Once a decision has been made, the appropriate steps (repair, replace or return) will be initiated promptly. You will be informed throughout the process.

Typical timelines can vary from one (1) week to one (1) Month depending on the outcome of the warranty claim.

 

We are passionate about our craft

We offer a two (2) year warranty on all products as we are passionate about our craft, confident in quality control and our products and believe that, though this service is available, shan’t be frequently used as a result of our care and attention. However, as all our products are handmade, there can be occasions where human error has slipped into the construction of our shoes, warranting follow-on support.
